"GENERAL EVENT SANCTIONING FEE"
The General Event Sanctioning Fee is the minimum fee paid by all Promoters to Officially register their EVENT as an officially sanctioned ISCF Event. This payment "ALSO" includes the registering of all fighters on the promoters event into the official ISCF Rankings both Pro and Amateurs. You are not required to sanction your event title bouts as "ISCF" Title bouts but you may do so if you desire. For ISCF title Bout Sanction fees please see below.

For An EXAMPLE of a Sanctioning Fee Payment, The Promoter below plans to have 1 Amateur State or Regional Title.
He is paying "45" Days in Advance to get the BEST fee discount.

  • General Amateur event Sanctioning Fee: $250.00
  • 1 ISCF Amateur State Title Sanctioning Fee: $150.00
  • 1 ISCF Amateur State Title Belt: $145.00 Plus $15 Belt Shipping = $160.00
  • TOTAL of Sanctioning Fees: $400.00
  • TOTAL of Title Belt Fees: $160.00
  • TOTAL of Sanctioning Fees Including Title Belts: $560.00

RETURNED CHECKS FOR SANCTIONING FEES

  • If a Promoters Sanctioning Fee Check is returned by their bank:
    1. ISCF will send an e-mail notice to Promoters known e-mail address.
    2. ISCF Sanctioning of Promoters event will be placed on Temporarily Hold.
    3. A posted notice of "Sanctioning Temporarily On Hold" will appear under Promoters event listing on the ISCF Events Page.
  • To reinstate ISCF Sanctioning, Promoter must:
    1. Send to the ISCF Confirmed Sanctioning Fees.
      • Sanctioning Fees will increase to the amount according to the time lines above equal to when the ISCF receives Promoters confirmed funds. This is because, as of this time, ISCF has yet to receive the Promoters Confirmed Fees.
    2. A Return Check Fee of $25 must be sent with the above fee.
    3. ISCF may notify Promoter if there are any related fees due to Promoters returned check that have effected the ISCF Account.
    4. A Sanctioning Fine of $100.00 will be charged to re-establish Promoter as a Confirmed ISCF Promoter.
    5. Promoter has 5 days in which to make good on their Returned Check.
    6. For each day after the established 5 day deadline, the ISCF will charge Promoter $50 Per Day until Paid.
  • Failure to do all of the above within 5 days of the ISCF's notification of Promoters returned Check will result in:
    • ISCF notifying the State Commission Office in Promoters State.
    • The banning of any ISCF Sanctioning for Promoters future events indefinitely.
    • Removal of Promoters event from the ISCF Events Page.
