ALL AMATEUR FIGHTERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE ISCF PRIOR TO FIGHTING ON AN ISCF SANCTIONED EVENT.
TO REGISTER TO FIGHT ON AN ISCF SANCTIONED EVENT FIGHTERS NEED TO
Pay A $25 "LIFETIME" Registration Fee Which Registers You As An Approved ISCF Fighter Throughout Your Career.

  2. MEDICALLY FIT - FIGHTER PHYSICAL
    • Every Fighter that is to participate in an ISCF Sanctioned MMA bout must be PRE Approved "Medically Fit" by the Medical Doctor who completes their FULL Fighter Physical as well as the Event Medical Doctor during the Pre Fight Physical.
      • ISCF FULL Fighter Physical Forms CAN BE FOUND HERE.
      • Pre Fight Physicals will be done at the weigh-ins at the event fighter is fighting on.
      • If not found "Medically Fit" by either the Medical Doctor who administered their FULL Fighter Physical or the event doctor who completed their Pre Fight Physical, the fighter will not be allowed to fight/compete.

  3. FIGHTERS RULES MEETING
    • All fighters are required to attend the pre-fight rules meeting held the day of or the day before all ISCF bouts/events.
      Such meeting will be conducted by the ISCF Representative and/or ISCF Event Referee(s).

  4. FIGHTER MINIMUM AGE
    • Fighters must be a minimum of *18 years old.
    • All Fighters will be required to show a PHOTO ID to the ISCF Event Representative for confirmation of their name and age.
      • (*) Fighters ages 10-17 are allowed to compete in ISCF Junior MMA.
        ISCF Junior MMA is No Head Contact and Semi Contact To The Body.


  5. FIGHTER MAXIMUM AGE
    • Fighters may not be over the age of 40 years old.
    • However, if a fighter wishes to compete who is over the age of 40, please see below the additional requirements to be approved.

  6. AMATEUR STATUS
    • Fighter has not been paid any purse, award or financial winnings from any full contact fight sport: MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai or Boxing.
    • ALL Amateur Fighters are required to complete an AMATEUR Fighter Confirmation Form at the event weigh-ins and hand to the ISCF Event Representative for legal proof of their Amateur Status..

  7. FIGHTERS
    • Each fighter must be of the SAME HUMAN SEX to compete against each other.
    • Fighters must be of the same competition level to compete against each other.
    • A debut fighter (0-0) cannot compete in a bout with a fighter with more than 3 bouts in ALL Full Contact fight Sports (MMA, Kickboxing. Muay Thai & Boxing)

  9. FIGHTER WITH ANY PHYSICAL DISABILITIES
    • If any fighter at any level happens to have any physical disabilities such as but not limited to (Only a few examples)
      • Missing Limb (Hand, arm, foot leg etc.)
      • Vision Disability.
      • Hearing Disability.
      • Illiness that may effect his or her bout.
      • Walking Disability.
      • Movement Disability.
        • Said Fighters MUST HAVE DIRECT WRITTEN APPROVAL from the ISCF Headquarters to be allowed to compete in an ISCF Sanctioned Bout & Event.

  10. At all times during the match, all fighters shall obey the referee.

  11. All fighters are required to obey the ISCF rules and regulations, at all times, and in all ways connected with the match.

  12. All fighters are required to act with proper sportsmanship at all times and in all ways connected with the match.

  13. Fighters may not train under the influence of any illegal drug, or legal drug used illegally.
    • If a fighter is caught doing so, fighter will be fined and suspended Worldwide on the official Association of Boxing MMA Database.

  14. Fighters must report any and all medication that they are taking to the match physician during their PRE FIGHT PHYSICAL, prior to the bout.

  15. If a fighter is under the influence of alcohol or any stimulant, or is taking any narcotic or other medication, which the match physician determines would endanger the fighter or his opponent, he/she will not be allowed to compete.

  16. The use of BenGay, IcyHot, and other such sports creams is Prohibited!

To Fight On An ISCF Sanctioned Event

ALL Fighters on ANY ISCF Sanctioned Event must provide proof of the following to the ISCF Event Representative
Prior to the ISCF Sanctioned Event they are scheduled on.

BLOOD TEST
Report of physical examination including an original laboratory report with the
fighters name and the date the HIV test and Hepatitis B Surface Antigen and Hepatitis C
Antibody tests were taken. The HIV test must be done within 30 days of submitting
all requirements to become licensed. The Hepatitis B & C tests can be done within the calendar year.

FIGHTERS OVER THE AGE OF 40
CANNOT BE "SELF TRAINED!"

Fighters over age 40 at the moment of their bout must have a trainer that can LEGALLY VERIFY verify
the fighter's training background and to confirm the fighter's ability to compete in a full contact mixed martial art bout.

FIGHT ABILITY
A "RECENT" video (Within 30 days) of you "SPARRING & GRAPPLING" like a real bout - "HARD" for 3 straight 3 minute rounds with the round breaks (1 Minute) left in.
If the video shows "CUTS" or has been edited, it will not be accepted as a review video by the ISCF.
Upon review the ISCF will notify the trainer or fighter if they have been approved to fight in a bout on an ISCF Sanctioned event.



-FINAL FIGHTER APPROVAL-
FOR ANY AND ALL FIGHTERS OVER THE AGE OF 40 THEY MUST ATTAIN FINAL "WRITTEN" APPROVAL FROM
ISCF HEADQUARTERS AND THE ISCF CHIEF PHYSICIAN, Dr. Allen Fields.






Fighters Who Wish To Compete Who Are Age 50 or Over
On Their Bout Day.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

For a fighter who has reached 50 years of age or will reach 50 years of age on the day of their bout
must pass a "WITNESSED" Sparring Session by an appointed ISCF MMA Official to confirm they are qualified to fight.
IN ADDITION TO THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE.
