FIGHTER REQUIREMENTS

FIGHTERS RULES MEETING
- All fighters are required to attend the pre-fight rules meeting held the day of or the day before all ISCF bouts/events. Such meeting will be conducted by the ISCF referee and/or ISCF event representative.
FIGHTER PHYSICAL
- All fighters are required to receive a physical from a licensed physician prior to their match. To view such a form Click HERE.
FIGHTER MINIMUM AGE
- Fighters must be a minimum of 18 years old.
FIGHTER HISTORY
- All fighters are required to submit a complete background application which can be found at www.ISCFMMA.com/ISCFReg.htm on the ISCF registration page if required by the ISCF promoter, representative, or referee.
At all times during the match, all fighters shall obey the referee.
All fighters are required to act with proper sportsmanship at all times, and to obey the ISCF rules, at all times, and in all ways connected with the match.
Fighters may not train under the influence of any illegal drug, or legal drug used illegally. Fighters must report any and all medication that they are taking to the match physician prior to the bout. If the fighter is under the influence of alcohol or any stimulant, or is taking any narcotic or other medication, which the match physician determines would endanger the fighter or his opponent, he/she will not be allowed to compete.
The use of BenGay, IcyHot, and other such sports cremes is prohibited.

FIGHTER MEDICAL TEST REQUIREMENTS
Requirements For Fighters To Fight On An ISCF Sanctioned Event

ALL Fighters on ANY ISCF Sanctioned Event must provide proof of the following to the ISCF Event Representative prior to the ISCF Sanctioned Event they are scheduled on. For comparisons to these requirements please CLICK HERE.

PHYSICAL Report of physical examination including report with the fighters name and the date of Physical.	---	Yes	---	Yes

BLOOD TEST Report of physical examination including an original laboratory report with the fighters name and the date the HIV test and Hepatitis B Surface Antigen and Hepatitis C Antibody tests were taken. The HIV test must be done within 30 days of submitting all requirements to become licensed. The Hepatitis B & C tests can be done within the calendar year.		Yes		All Amateur fighters are ENCOURAGED to receive annual HIV and Hep B Tests. However due to costs They are not mandatory.
Louisiana - 11-8-06: As of today, Wednesday, November 8th, 2006, the Louisiana Commission is making HIV Testing MANDATORY for ALL Amateur MMA Fighters. This is already a mandatory requirement for all Pro Fighters in Louisiana. Tests need to be updated every 6 months. Fighters are required to have and show a copy of their tests from the testing location to the event physician Giving the pre-fight physicals. Failure to show proof of such tests will result in the fighter being pulled from the event.
