KICKS IN THE NEW YEAR...

Fighting Superstar Gina Carano, a former Muay Thai Fighter (12-1-1) and MMA (7-1) Champion breaks into to Hollywood with a BANG in the motion picture, Haywire! Haywire is set to release in theaters January 20, 2012!

As the storyline goes,

"Beautiful freelance covert operative Mallory Kane (Carano) is hired out by her handler to various global entities to perform jobs which governments can't authorize and heads of state would rather not know about. After a mission to rescue a hostage in Barcelona, Mallory is quickly dispatched on another mission to Dublin. When the operation goes awry and Mallory finds she has been double crossed, she needs to use all of her skills, tricks and abilities to escape an international manhunt, make it back to the United States, protect her family, and exact revenge on those that have betrayed her."

The film was shot in Dublin & Blessington, Ireland and Los Alamos, New Mexico. Carano will share the screen with some of the top names in Hollywood that include actors such as Ewan McGregor, Michael Douglas, Antonio Banderas, Bill Paxton, Channing Tatum and Michael Fassbender.

The film was first announced in September 2009 originally under the title of Knockout, which was later changed to Haywire, before production began. The film's screenplay was written specifically to be shot in Dublin and began February 2nd 2010 to March 25th, 2010 on a budget of around $25 million dollars.
