   • The NAME, International Sport Combat Federation and the letters ISCF are protected under International Copyright Law.
   • Every web page that begins with http://www.iscfmma.com and followed by ANY page addition (Listed Below) are protected by the International Copyright Law as referred to for the www.ISCFMMA.com website. An example of just "Some" of these pages include, but are not limited to the following page extensions;

4. PENALTY & FINES
   • Any individual, organization, corporation, Association, Federation, company, publication, website, media source of any kind that reproduces, copies, attaches any portion of any information listed on the ISCF web Pages or misrepresents or misuses the name ISCF as a sanctioning of their events without official permission through ISCF Sanctioning rules and regulations shall be responsible for the following fines and penalties;
     • A $25,000.00 Fine will be disciplined "PER EVENT" for any and all persons claiming to have confirmed ISCF sanctioning on their event but has never been granted permission in writing and or paid all full ISCF Sanctioning fees for their event to the ISCF World Headquarters in Newcastle, California, USA.
     • $500.00 Per reproduced or EVERY copied WORD that has a clear relation to the ISCF or www.iscfmma.com web pages.
     • $500.00 Per reproduced or copied photograph from the ISCF or www.iscfmma.com website.
     • $500.00 per reproduced or copied logo, insignia or graphic from the ISCF or www.iscfmma.com website.
     • $500.00 per item of clothing (shirts, hats, pants, shorts etc. etc.) where the Official ISCF or www.iscfmma.com Logo, the logo of any similarities with the addition of additional words or change in color, the ISCF Letters and or the ISCF name as International Sport Combat Federation.
5. MEDIA
   • All information listed on the ISCF NEWS Page may be reproduced or copied by any media publication whether of Internet, print or film with the direct written consent of the ISCF World Headquarters in Newcastle, CA, USA. This may be attained by the "SIGNED" Written consent of the IKF World President, Steve Fossum. E-mail correspondence shall not be acceptable for such approval. 6. ISCF GRAPHICS
   • The ISCF reserves the right to all Graphics on the theiscf.com website that contain the Official ISCF Logo (Right). Any and all reproduction of this logo or ANY SIMILARITIES (Changes in color, format, size, letters etc. etc.) must be "PRE APPROVED" IN WRITING by the ISCF World Headquarters in Newcastle, CA, USA.      • REPRODUCTION OF ISCF LOGO: Any reproduction of the Official ISCF Logo (Right) in any shape or form without the direct written consent of the ISCF World Headquarters will result in a fine of $500.00 "PER" placed use of said logo.
7. CLOTHING, EQUIPMENT, ITEMS OF SALE OR DISTRIBUTION
   • No person may reproduce, copy or place the ISCF Letters, name and or Official Logo, of any similarities on any fabric or article of clothing for purposes of resale or even purposes of free distribution without the "SIGNED" Written consent of the ISCF World President, Steve Fossum. 8. ENFORCEMENT
   • Anyone who has illegally violated the international copyright laws of the www.iscfmma.com website as stated above shall be responsible for any and all International as well as local/regional Legal fees due to their illegal action. This will include all travel fees to and from the violators location if necessary.
   • If such an act occurs, the ISCF will announce the violation publicly on the ISCF NEWS Page. This is to inform those worldwide of the infraction to avoid such further acts of stealing any material from the ISCF, International Sport Combat Federation.
   • Upon the discovery of the ISCF Copyright infringement, the violator will have a period of 24 hours in which to rectify the situation as requested by the ISCF.
   • In some cases, this may be something as simple as changing or deleting a website page.
   • However, in the case of any LOGO Placement use such as on any shirts, hats etc. to sell or in print media, the situation becomes more complex.
     • For printed items, fabric, paper, banners etc. etc, the ISCF will require the violator to ship ALL Material to to the ISCF World Headquarters via EXPRESS MAIL. The PHYSICAL Express mail shipping address for the ISCF is, ISCF, 9385 Old State Highway, Newcastle, CA, 95658, USA.
     • For distributed products whether in magazine, brochure, book or apparel form, the ISCF will determine which course of action to take for each individual incident.
   • Additional enforcement procedures will be determined upon the actual incident of infraction as determined by the ISCF Legal Team.
   • If the violator refuses to comply with the ISCF requests of enforcement of ISCF Property, material, ideas or concepts, the violator will be fined as stated above and legal proceedings will follow at the violators expense.
