- ARE YOU A LEGIT CORNERMAN OR
CORNERWOMAN?
- If you are an individual seeking a trainer/cornermans pass and are not
listed as the chief trainer, and are not known to the ISCF,
you may be asked to take a General Cornerman/Trainers Test... Yes, A TEST. On
the test will be general info about training and cornering a fighter. If you do
not answer all the questions correctly, you will not be granted a
Trainer/Cornermans pass for the tournament.
- If the ISCF WC Tournament staff
determines you are NOT a TRUE TRAINED Cornerman, you will NOT BE given
your Tournament Cornerman's pass at Registration.
- The reason for this is we have been getting A LOT of Trainer Registrations
from family and friends looking to cash in on an all access ticket for the
weekend. Due to tournament expenses, ticket sales are very important to the
success of the tournament. The low cost for these passes are being done as an appreciation to the Trainers and Cornermen who work with
these fighters daily.
- If you are NOT a true cornerman, PLEASE
DO NOT send in a Trainers Registration. Even if you are located on
the Registered Trainers page, you may still be denied your trainer/cornerman
pass if it is determined you are not a true trainer or cornerman. In other
words, "PLEASE DO NOT Abuse what the ISCF
is doing as an Appreciation to the TRUE Trainers along with the Fighters &
Officials." Thank You.

If you do not see your info up on the website on the
Registered Trainers Page
by Friday, October 30th, it means we never received your Registration form, Fee
or photo. If this be the case, you NEED TO Bring these things with you to the
event to register. The reason for this is because we CLOSE UP the ISCF Office here and start packing everything for
the Journey to Kansas City. We will depart here on Sunday, November 8th, 2009.

As a reminder, The
ISCF Office will Close On Friday, November 6th,
2009.
ISCF HQ will not re-open until

- Dear Cornermen & Trainers,
- Like every year, there are a lot of people who try to sneak into this event
claiming to be assistant trainers etc. etc. For this reason, we charge for an
Official ISCF Finals Tournament Event
Cornerman/Trainers Badge. This will prevent individuals just attaining a
cornermans pass for free only to watch the event. The other reason for this is
to police each fighters corner so that only Registered Cornermen and Trainers
are in each fighters corner in the ring area. Only registered cornermen will be
allowed into each fighters corner and in the ring area as well as the locker
room area.
- The cost of each "PRE-REGISTERED" Official ISCF World Classic Event Cornerman/Trainers Badge
for the entire weekend is $10.00 - $20.00 and you must PRE-REGISTER with
your completed Registration
Form & a 2 inch X 2 inch HEAD SHOT PHOTO OF YOURSELF.
- Registration At The Event OR Trainers Who Mailed
In A Registration Form WITHOUT A PHOTO Will Be Charged $50.00 for their
Cornermans Pass AT Registrations.
- ALL Non Pre-Registered Cornermen and Trainers MUST register on Friday
during the hours of 1:PM and 5:30 PM where the fighters register.
- Some trainers have choose to pay for their Cornerman/Trainers pass now and
send in their photos now. ALL of these Pre-Registered trainers can be seen by
clicking HERE.
Cornermen Pass Rules
- For Insurance & Liability reasons, ALL
Cornermen/women must be at least 18 years of age.
- This badge will allow these Cornerman/Trainers backstage and "PIT"
ringside during the event.
"ONLY" individuals with one of these Laminated Photo
Cornerman/Trainers ID Badges or a Laminated Fighter, Staff, Security or
Officials Badge will be allowed into these areas.
- ALL Registered Cornerman/Trainers will be allowed to attend all ISCF World Classic Tournament sessions for FREE.
- Every year we have a "Fighters Rules Meeting." At this
meeting we discuss Cornerman/Trainers rules as well. So far, every year we've
had an incident at ringside during the event with a Cornerman/Trainer who was
NOT at this meeting and brings up a complaint. If you are not at the Rules
Meeting and you bring up a complaint that was discussed at the rules meeting, we
will not address the complaint because you have only yourself to blame for not
attending the meeting.
- If you are not an Officially Licensed and Registered ISCF Cornerman/Trainer, you cannot be in the
corner.
- If we do not see your
Laminated Photo Cornerman/Trainers ID Badge you will be asked to leave
the PIT Ringside area or fighters warm-up area.
- Non Registered/Licensed Trainers will be required to purchase their own
event ticket yet still will not be allowed in a
corner or in the locker room area.
- Your Laminated Photo Cornerman/Trainers ID Badge is not just a
cheap paper. It is a full color ISCF
Amateur Championship Tournament Event Card about 4" x 5" with your
name, picture and signature on it, laminated with a necklace (Chain or
string). It will NOT be available to just anyone. It will be a great memory
of this event for you as well. For this reason, please do not ask to buy one for
a friend or someone who knows nothing of working a fighters corner.
- Gyms With 1 Fighter: A Maximum of 2 Laminated Photo
Cornerman/Trainers ID Badges will be sold per GYM.
- Gyms With 2-3 Fighters: A Maximum of 3 Laminated Photo
Cornerman/Trainers ID Badges will be sold per GYM.
- Gyms With More Than 3 Fighters: A Maximum of 5 Laminated Photo
Cornerman/Trainers ID Badges will be sold per GYM.
- NOTE: Any cornerman/trainers caught
lending their passes out to ANYONE will have their passes immediately
confiscated and those using the pass and the trainer will be escorted from the
event with no refund of pass or fees and will need to purchase a ticket for
re-entree. For this reason, sorry but please do not sell, give away or lend your
pass to any family, relatives or friends. Thank You.
