SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• FRIDAY, May 2nd
  • 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Check-In & Weigh-Ins
    US Cellular Center Arena
    • Your first task will be Check In. At this location we will need to see:
      1. Your Photo ID (Drivers License)
    • "BE PROFESSIONAL" and make your weight.
    • You MUST make the weight you are scheduled to fight in. If you do not make your weight, you will be allowed to LOSE weight, but NOT Gain weight to make your weight division. Here are the weight divisions:
      • Bantamweight 125.1 to 135 lbs.
      • Featherweight 135.1 to 145 lbs.
      • Lightweight 145.1 to 155 lbs.
      • Welterweight 155.1 to 170 lbs.
      • Middleweight 170.1 to 185 lbs.
      • Light Heavyweight 185.1 to 205 lbs.
      • Heavyweight 205.1 to 250 lbs.
      • Super Heavyweight 250.1 lbs. & Above
    • If you need to lose weight, you will be given until 6:PM Sharp to make your weight.
    • We will begin weighing fighters in at 2:00 PM on Friday.
    • This will be on a first come first serve basis.
    • Make sure you have your physical done after you weigh-in.
    • You will be directed to the medical area directly after you weigh-in.
      
      
    • All ALL UNPURCHASED Trainers Passes must be purchased at this time.
      
      
    • ALL Late Fees must be paid at this time unless already paid for.
      
      
    • SPECIAL NOTE: If you are not weighed in AND Finished with your Physical by 6:00 PM, you will be dropped from the Tournament.
    • BE HERE EARLY To get everything Done Please.
      
      

• 6:15 PM-8:PM Friday Evening: WELCOME DINNER & Rules Meeting
  Sponsored By ISCF President Steve Fossum
  ALL Paid & Registered Fighters, Trainers & Event Officials/Staff may attend for FREE.
  • Others wishing to attend the dinner (Family & Friends) can purchase dinner tickets at the same cost of $20.00 each. However, due to the need to pre-plan the dinner, a very limited number (40) of additional dinner tickets will be available for purchase.
    HOTEL BALLROOM: Name of room TBA at Registrations.
  • Doors open for Dinner Ballroom at 6:00 for seating.
  • 6:15: DINNER
    • Tables will be excused one at a time to go to Buffet by Hotel Catering staff.
      • The dinner will include:
        • Pasta
        • Choice of Marinara & Alfredo Sauce
        • Chicken
        • Salad
        • Bread Sticks
        • Desserts
        • Water, Milk & Tea or Soda.
  • 7:10 PM: Welcome Everyone - ISCF will have a special awards session.
  • 7:30 PM: Fighters Draw - Where those fighters who made it to the event and made weight will draw for their tournament seeding.
  • 8:10 PM: Tournament Rules Meeting.
  • All of this should be done about 8:25 PM.
  • The "Officials" rules meeting will follow at 8:30 PM in the Monarch Room.

• 8:30 PM - 9:30:PM: Friday Evening: Tournament Officials Rules & Regulations Review Meeting.
  • MANDATORY FOR ALL EVENT OFFICIALS!
  • FREE to Fighters, Trainers, Officials & Event Staff. Attendance Limited.
    • Register at weigh-ins.
    • Purpose is to review Tournament Rules & Regulations with all CONFIRMED Officials as noted on THIS PAGE HERE.
    • This IS NOT An Officials Certification Course!
      
      

• By 1:00 AM: Fight Schedule Posting
  • Saturday Fight schedule will be posted outside the Elevator Hallway of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
  • Fights will go in order of DIVISION AND Weight class, Novice will run first with Lightest Weights First.
    • DIVISION ORDER:
      • 10:30 AM Saturday - NOVICE DIVISION
        1. NOVICE BANTAMWEIGHT
        2. NOVICE FEATHERWEIGHT
        3. NOVICE LIGHTWEIGHT
        4. NOVICE WELTERWEIGHT
        5. NOVICE MIDDLEWEIGHT
        6. NOVICE LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT
        7. NOVICE HEAVYWEIGHT
        8. NOVICE SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT
      • AFTER NOVICE DIVISION - OPEN DIVISION WILL BEGIN

FIRST ROUND OF PRELIM BOUTS - NOVICE & OPEN DIVISION
DAYTIME SATURDAY

• "ISCF MMA Fight To Survive!"
  The Road To The Title! - SATURDAY, May 3rd
  ALL FIRST ROUND OF BRACKETS WILL BE FOUGHT DURING THE DAYTIME.
  
  
  • 10:00 AM: Officials Fight Assignments.
    
    
  • 10:10 PM: DOORS OPEN
    
    
  • 10:30 AM: First Round Of Prelim Bouts Begin.
    • Lightest Weight of NOVICE Division will be first until all NOVICE fighters are done, followed by Lightest Weight OPEN Division until all OPEN fighters are done.
    • ALL WINNERS ADVANCE TO ROUND 2 OF THE PRELIMS ON SATURDAY NIGHT.
      
      
  • 2-3:00 PM: "Approximately" - END OF DAYTIME EVENT.
    
    
• OFFICIALS MEETING: Held directly after the Saturday bouts end - Appointment of Saturday Night Event Officials.
  
  
• SATURDAY NIGHT BOUT SCHEDULE:
  • Will be Posted near the Hotel Lobby (Same location as above) by 4:00 PM Saturday.
  • Fights will go in order of weight class, lightest weights and up.

SECOND ROUND OF PRELIM BOUTS - NOVICE & OPEN DIVISION
NIGHT TIME SATURDAY

• "ISCF MMA Breakdown!"
  The Road To The Title! - SATURDAY, NIGHT May 3rd
  THIS IS A NIGHT - TIME EVENT
  
  
  • 5:00 PM: Officials meet to confirm Fight Assignments.
    
    
  • 5:15 PM: DOORS OPEN
    
    
  • 6:00 PM: Bouts Begin.
    • Lightest Weight of NOVICE Division will be first until all NOVICE fighters are done, followed by Lightest Weight OPEN Division until all OPEN fighters are done.
    • ALL WINNERS ADVANCE TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND ON SUNDAY EVENING.
      
      
  • 10:00 PM: "Approximately" - Saturday night event ends.
    
    
• OFFICIALS MEETING: Held directly after the Saturday Night bouts end - Appointment of Sunday Night Event Officials.
  
  
• SUNDAY BOUT SCHEDULE:
