but cannot or will not submit or quit, either due to striking, failing to show a
willingness to continue, a refusal to submit in the face of grave injury, or any
other reason the referee believes is necessary to preserve the fighter's safety.
- THROW IN THE TOWEL: When a fighter's corner feels their fighter has
had enough and decides to end the bout for the safety of the fighter. This
shall count as a TKO.

- CHANGING DIVISIONS
- Once registered, you can only move to a division of MORE Competitors or
BETTER Qualified Competition.
- You CAN NOT move to a division of LESS Competitors or LESS Qualified
Competition.
- FIGHTER SEEDING & MATCHMAKING
- FIGHTERS ARE SEEDED AS THEY REGISTER.
- The first being the number 1 seed.
- The second being the number 2 seed, etc. etc.
- This will continue until 16 Fighters fill a bracket
- ALTERNATES
- Once a division fills up with 16 fighters, we will only accept alternate
fighters for that division.
- If any of the seeded fighters pulls out of the tournament prior to
tournament time, the alternates, in order of WHEN the ISCF received their registration forms and fees,
will fill their spots as seeded fighters.
- At the event, if any of the Seeded 16 fighters, No Shows, doesn't make
weight or simply drops out of the Tournament the ISCF
will offer the open slot to the next dated registered alternate fighter in order
of WHEN the ISCF received their
registration forms and fees, will fill their spots as seeded fighters.
- INJURY ALTERNATES
- There are SEVERAL scenarios here and this may read complicated so bare with
us:
- If a "FIRST ROUND" winner is injured during his
bout or is so badly hurt that they cannot continue to the second round of
competition, the ISCF will offer the
opportunity to come back to go to the next round to the fighter who was just
defeated - UNLESS the fighter who was defeated was defeated by Strike TKO or KO.
- If the fighter who was defeated was defeated by Strike TKO or KO the First
Alternate fighter will be offered the opportunity to move in and fight in the "SECOND
ROUND of prelims on Saturday.
- If both fighters are injured in the second round of prelims, the winning
fighter in the opposing bracket would win their Tournament title by forfeit due
to opponent cannot continue. The fair and justified reason for this is because
we do not want to allow a fresh fighter to fight for the title having never
fought in a prelim bout to face a fighter who has already had a minimum of 1 if
not 2 prelim bouts.
