However, on March 7, 2008 in Prince George, Alberta Canada she fought a PRO MMA Fight against Kate Roy at the King Of The Cage, Gold Rush which was verified by the Prince George Athletic Commission. On October 28, 2008 in Calgary, Alberta Canada on another King Of The Cage event she fought again as a PRO MMA Fighter against Missy Parks, and this was verified by the Calgary Combative Sports Commission. For her actions, Swatez has been fined $1,000 and Suspended 1 year from fighting. Suspension carries over to all Athletic Commissions in Canada and USA.

        • Mycal Osborne, San Bernadino, California, USA defeated Colby Angus, Grass Valley, California, USA by Disqualification at 1:49 of round 1.
          • After repeatedly being warned for holding the fence, referee Kim Winslow called time out at 1:49 of round one with Colby Angus in the process of being taken down and holding the fence. Winslow took a point away from Angus and tried to get the bout started back on the ground where it was during the stoppage, however, Angus refused to get back on the ground. After repeated attempts by both Referee Kim Winslow and ISCF Representative Jeff Foley to get the fighters back on the ground to start the fight, Winslow was forced to stop the bout due to Angus's refusal to fight. The Crowd reacted very poorly as many in the front row where rooting for Angus. There were many threats to Winslow made as well. Foley tried to explain to the crowd in an effort to calm them down without much luck why the bout was stopped. Security was informed of the situation.
            • Due to this incident, the ISCF has placed fighter Colby Angus and trainer, Lester Arnberg on a 120 day suspension for their actions. Suspension expires on November 24th.
            • REASONS: UNACCEPTABLE & UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT TO OPPONENT AND EVENT OFFICIALS: Repeatedly being rude to fellow fighters and ring officials, obnoxious, and continued fowl language throughout the event. All from this camp need a more clear understanding and respect for the sport as well as the event officials.
            • Additionally, both Colby Angus and Lester Arnberg must make contact with ISCF President Steve Fossum to explain their actions and to assure the ISCF that they have a "Better" understanding and respect of the sport as well as the event officials. If not done, they will be suspended indefinitely from MMA in Nevada, no matter what organization sanctions the event they seek to be a part of.

Diaz asked to be a vendor at the event to sell his products and wrote a check to the promoter for his paid Fighter Registration and the vendor space. The check showed the name of James D. Travis, and it came back from the bank as unable to locate.
        The Vendor booth was $400 and the Fighter Registration was $25.00.
        The ISCF is suspending Davila until his manager, Travis Diaz pays the Promoter in full the $425.00 bounced check, plus a $25 Returned Check Fee.
        The ISCF has also suspended and fined James Davila until this is all resolved as well.
