Please confirm Richard Trammell for the meeting.

Chris Stolzman also offered his Prado location for the meeting.

Also, not looking to start another debate on the board here; but I think many would feel more comfortable if the moderators of the meeting were not ISCF members as has been noted above.

Steve Fossum, ISCF President, California, Meeting Moderator
Ray Thompson, ISCF/IKF South Carolina, Meeting Moderator

Maybe 1-2 other people that are not involved in either side could be a moderator. Maybe JJ Coronel or any other suggestions could be made.

____________________________

David,
"I" will moderate the meeting.
This is a meeting about the ISCF and MMA in Georgia.
I am making this trip at my own expense, which is not at all cheap coming from California.
Ray Thompson will be there as an outside mediator as well.

I have NOTHING to hide and you of all people, knowing our past conversations, should have no problem at all with me. If you do, I will be VERY EAGER to hear why.

Don't worry, I will let you speak all you want, and everyone else too. This WILL NOT be a "Controlled" meeting where I will be cutting you off like athletic commission meetings I have attended in the past. EVERYONE will be allowed to speak openly and freely!

I strongly look forward to this meeting
Sincerely,
Steve Fossum
ISCF President

________________

Answering to a Rumor:

Dear Readers,
I would like to destroy a false rumor that was brought to my attention today. Someone told me today that they had heard that Richard Trammell had applied for IKF or ISCF sanctioning in the past and was told "NO".

I will set the record straight here by telling everyone that this is not true.
This is exactly the type of things I look forward to discussing on the 23rd. I am sure since Richard will be there the truth of this will be settled then.

Sincerely
Steve Fossum
ISCF/IKF President

PS: There is no attack here towards Mr. Trammell so please do not read into this as if it were an attack on him. It is not.

Since this item was brought up on the board:
Richard was exploring the possibility of using full freefight rules for the last two rounds of the Shidokan tournament. He tried to contact several people and was stonewalled. Personally, I am not convinced it was even necessary, but Richard wanted to make everything as smooth as possible.
Steve, you may or may not have been told or know what was attempted. Richard will be at the meeting, and the issues can be brought to light.
It is correct, to my knowledge, that Richard has never formally applied for sanctioning, either for his own mma show or for the Shidokan.

Actually, I was contacted and then was told that since it had been determined ISCF sanctioning WAS NOT necessary they decided not to bother.

Like I said, Richard will be at the meeting, and all the issues, contentions, counter-claims, etc. can all come out then. It was not as simple as one person being contacted and then, all of the sudden, Richard stopped the process.

Philip,
I called you today to discuss this.
Regardless...
I am glad Richard will be at the meeting, and even more interested to hear about the "contentions, counter-claims, etc."
It appears there seems to be "A LOT" of this in Georgia and I am looking forward to discussing all of them.

Sincerely
Steve Fossum
ISCF/IKF President

Steve,
Please let me know which phone # you called. I am currently in Nashville, so I am not at my home #. Since my wife has not told me of a call from you, I am guessing you are full of crap.

Also,
when I travel to Atlanta, it is to train at Richard's gym. I don't know what "boxing gym" or poster you are talking about. This is an amateur attempt to confuse the issue, my friend. If the previous, poorly written, childish post was, indeed, from Steve Fossum, then the ISCF deserves what it gets. If it was not from Steve, then the culprit should be cast from the ranks of the ISCF, to preserve the ISCF's good name.

PS- Steve,
Matt Waller and Cam McHargue have my contact info. If you are truly trying to get in touch with me, they can help you. The people who know me are going to realize that whoever has access to this "admin" is totally full of a sticky,. brown substance.
Love,
Philip

Are you saying you gave a false number when you registered...?

I, as well as I'm sure you are, am sorry for the frustration and confusion. Again, it's things like this which are EXACTLY we are having an in person meeting for everyone. Have a great weekend.

ALSO,
If Steve Fossum, did, indeed post the latest offending post, then I fail to see how he could be an effective moderator of the upcoming town meeting. This person is, obviously, too busy trying to obfuscate the true issues, to be a worthwhile leader of an attempt to reconcile the perceived differences within the GA mma community.

PS - "admin", you are going to lose any logical argument you attempt with me. Please keep it up. Humor heals the soul. THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE. (of course, you must be able to recognize the truth, in the first place)

How about thinking before you start shooting your mouth off. Like I said before, Matt and Cam have opinions on what I am like. I trust Matt and Cam. How about calling them before deciding whatever you have been told is "the truth".

If you would have just returned the call, this would have never gotten this far. Something to consider Philip because the answer message on the other end of your number does say, "Philip Petterson..."
