Default Training

Does anyone have some useful tips on how they taper their training prior to a fight?

about 4 weeks out i stop weight trainig and do body weight stuff,
2 weeks out i quit any body weight stuff,1 week out i quit any sparring,and i train upto the day before weigh ins

I know it sucks but roadwork is key in my opinion, if you do daily roadwork your cardio will be 10-15% better than just striaght gym training.

I agree with Tim, train up until 2 days before you fight possibly 3, just lite rolling or bag work, low risk stuff. People sparing the monday before a fight and get hurt is just foolish I think.

Thanks for the comments. I am two weeks out as of today. I hurt my shoulder wednesday people sparring (not bad), but it made me think of tapering.
