Can anyone give me an update on the new amature rules for Georgia?

What are the new rules? I've heard three different versions of the proposed rule changes but haven't heard what was finally decided. Also, when do they go into effect?

They go into effect July 1st, 2007.

The rules can be found here: The only rule that didn't pass was the kicks to the head of an opponent while standing.

Thanks man. I don't think very many people like the new rules but if they're going to be in place we might as well get used to them.
