For those who don't know:

Chandler Oakes was supposed to fight George Kassaev from the HardCore Gym at one of Brett's shows about a year ago. Brett put him up in a hotel for 2 days (even though he's from one state over), the guy SHOWS UP at the event, the night of the fights, then LEAVES.

I hope he at least reimbursed Brett for the cost of the hotel rooms...

Lame. If that is true, would not recommend a chance for strike 3.

Chandler was there last night and fought.

Yep, Chandler showed up and showed a lot of heart. He fought until he had nothing left. I also got to talk to "cheeze" and we ironed out any differences we may have had which didn't seem to be any really. He fought a good fight and the action was back and forth.

Chandler did a damn good job! I'm proud of you bro. Once he actually has time to train his cardio he will be a tough opponent for anyone!

I guess nerves got the better of him. It takes real balls to step into a ring or cage with another man who wants to beat you senseless. It's a shame that his opponent got left at the alter though.
