XFF2 May 13th Columbus, Ga...Look for the commercial on Spike tv's TUF 3 in Columbus and Auburn starting next week!!! XFFONLINE.COM
Current card: Ben Pierce(Hardcore) vs Nick Vogas(Messiah's Martial Arts): 2 undefeated fighters from well respected schools, the winner should move up near the top of the ISCF rankings Kevin White(Messiah's) vs Jeff Power(Knuckle Up) Both of these "newcomers" have good camps and will come well prepared.Power has a wrestling background and White is trained by Santiago Sabino who, judging by his fighter's pefrormances, is well rounded but definitely a stand up fighter. Shawn McCoy vs Jason Nicholson : These two were supposed to mix it up in Augusta but the last minute match fell through so Nicholson fought McCoy's training partner, Dwayne King. There's bad blood here and Nicholson says this time he hopes there are "no excuses!" Sam King vs Tommy Mcillwain : Two MMA newcomers in the 205 division, both fighters have much prior grappling experience and both have victories in stand up fights. These boys are both itching to fight more than any I have seen in a long while! Kenneth Graham(Praxis) vs Dwayne King : A prelim match for the XFF:2 lightweight tournament championship, Graham has the experience and Team Praxis on his side while King is coming off an impressive debut victory at the last Winter Wars in Augusta Sean Lane(Knucle up) vs Jason Hudson(Bushido) - Their records are an identical but misleading 0-2 and these are two of the scrappiest and toughest MFr's in the Dirty South! Another prelim lightweight match, this one will be a battle of wills and a candidate for fight of the night.Lane says Hudson can't handle his much improved striking while Hudson has already sent word to put his name on the XFF 2 Lightweight trophy! Winner/Graham vs King vs Winner/Lane vs Hudson: The first XFF tournament will feature winners from 2 preliminary bouts that evening. PRO:Ben Fielding vs Ran Weathers: Ran (Tool Zepplin - Itz a Smyrna Thang U Dont Wanna Know) Weathers is facing a boxer with 11 pro victories and knock out power. Fielding's experience scared away more than one possible opponent we asked and Weather's reputation is well known as an exciting crowd pleaser.Look for Fielding to stand and Weathers to work for the ground to neutralize Fielding's boxing and get the submission Donny Blue vs Lamar Thomas: These two mixed it up in XFF 1 last October with Blue getting the victory by RNC. Thomas, traveling from Florida, had car trouble and made the show literally just in time which he believes threw him off his game. When asked to fight again Lamar wanted just one thing......a rematch with THE SCARECROW! Showing his class, Blue has agreed to fight Thomas again, hopefully this go around the prefight routine will run smoothly for both men PRO:Jimmy Dean(Taladega,Al) vs Fabio Costa(Knuckle Up,Gracie/Barra):HEAVYWEIGHT: A wrestling expert and coach with 100+ career victories against a Jiu Jitsu black belt instructor from Atlanta's most successful fighting school, buckle up kidz cause we about to get CRUNK! For more details and ticket info check out XFFONLINE.COM Jeff German vs TBA Ryan Womack vs TBA Dave Meaborn vs TBA Justin Rutherford vs TBA Last edited by Ken Coffey : 04-21-2006 at 09:57 PM. |
