Maryland MMA conditioning camp
I teach a conditioning class in Reisterstown Maryland. This class usses the training methods of Gracie, Sherk, Liddell and Couture. There is no contact in this class, just condioning but it is definatley challenging.

Actually I have even better news, I have just becoem partners at teh Gaijin Ryu dojo in Sykesville. Come visits my dojo we open this WEds April 2.
