KOTC will not have to have the permission of a competitor when this bill becomes law. They will be recognized as a sanctioning body. That is very appealing to me as a fighter as my only interest is that the free market allow as many promoters as the market can support.

I am not interested in giving ISCF board members “a reasonable assurance of a profitable undertaking” by limiting competition. The best will survive the others will get better or fade away.
